It’s hot outside, everybody knows that. But it’s going to be extra cool inside this Saturday night, July 22, when special guest Grant Menefee sits in with The Jazz Perpetrators at the Gambrills location of Smashing Grapes Kitchen + Wine Bar. It’s been a while since Grant, a world-class drum instructor and performer, has played with The Perps, so Saturday’s going to be a musical gift for both the band and everyone who catches this gig. It may not be Christmas anywhere else, but it’ll feel like it at Smashing Grapes, located at 2383 Brandermill Blvd, Gambrills, MD 21054 in the heart of the Waugh Chapel Towne Centre.
The Perps will kick off their 3-hour performance of their patented “high spirits, low volume” sound at 8:30pm, so c’mon down for a perfect blend of fine dining and smooth jazz and R&B classics.
