Occasionally The Jazz Perpetrators pause in their ever-hopeful pursuit of fame and fortune to do some good for others. Specifically the band annually lends their dulcet tones to a cause near and dear to them, the Goshen Farm Preservation Society’s annual fundraiser, the Java & Jazz, Tea & Tunes event, which is open to the general public. The Perps will be doing their hootin’ ‘n tootin’ from 3 to 5pm, joined by their vocalist, the one-and-only Sterling Dorn, who’s guaranteed to make it an afternoon to remember.
The sippin’ & swingin’ takes place this Sunday, March 10th, at the Cape St. Claire clubhouse located at 1223 River Bay Rd, Annapolis, Maryland. Refreshments include free appetizers and complimentary coffee and tea as well as wine and specialty adult coffee at an additional cost. While this is a free event, donations are deeply appreciated, so come on out and hear some great music and support a good cause.
