February may be the shortest month, but this year it’s chock full o’ Jazz Perpetrator appearances. The Perps’ February triple play includes a mid-day Sunday brunch gig at the Blackwall Hitch in Eastport sandwiched in between a pair of Smashing Grapes appearances, one each at the kitchen + wine bar’s Annapolis and Gambrills locations.

As per venue request, these gigs are all-instrumental shows. Come on out and beat the winter blues with some of that patented “high spirits, low volume” music The Perps are famous for.
