Come join The Jazz Perpetrators for an early Father’s Day evening at Smashing Grapes in Gambrills this coming Friday night, June 17^th!

The guys continue their cycle of appearances at the Smashing Grapes venues, this time at the Gambrills location, 2383 Brandermill Blvd, Gambrills, MD 21054 from 9 pm to 12 am. It is the perfect place to kick back, relax, have a drink, a snack and soak up the “high spirits, low volume” grove of The Perps!

Also, as a reminder, on Sunday, July 10^th from 3 pm to 6 pm, The Perps will be returning to Brian Boru Irish Pub, Severna Park, 489 Ritchie Highway #103. So mark your calendars!

Get your weekend off to a smooth start by catching The Jazz Perpetrators this Friday night, May 20, at the Annapolis location of the Smashing Grapes kitchen + wine bar.

Back by popular demand, this will be the band’s third appearance at the wine bar, which is the perfect setting for their “high spirits, low volume” delivery of jazz and R&B favorites. Sit back, have a sip and relax to music that will put you in the groove.

The venue is located at 177 Jennifer Road, right off Rt. 50 and adjacent to the Annapolis Mall; the music runs from 9pm to midnight. See you there!

Yes, that’s right, The Jazz Perpetrators will be purveying their “high spirited, low volume” jam at both Smashing Grapes venues — first on Saturday, April 9th at their Annapolis location and then the following weekend on Saturday, April 16th, at their Gambrills location! Both shows will be from 9 PM to 12 AM and The Perps will be in their quartet format for that extra percussion spice!

The Smashing Grapes locations are in Annapolis at 177 Jennifer Road, 21401 and Gambrills at 2383 Brandermill Blvd, 21054.

So, come on out and visit with the guys at either or BOTH locations to ring in this Spring and sample the fruit of the vine – you’ll be glad you did!

The Jazz Perpetrators are getting geared up for warmer weather, green grass and longer days by appearing in their trio format at Smashing Grapes in Gambrills this Saturday, March 12^th, from 9 pm to 12 am. So, make an exception and come out past your bedtime to make merry with the guys and mellow out with some of their cool “high spirited, low volume” smoothness!

February’s a mess. It’s short, it’s cold, the days are gray and damp (lots of precipitation, liquid or solid – sometimes both in the same day), and, hey, have you taken down those Christmas lights yet? Generally not much to get excited about.

But when it comes to wine, women and song, Valentine’s Day and the Jazz Perpetrators are here to save the day. Keep the love light burning with a relaxing pre-Valentine’s Day outing this weekend (Feb. 13) at the Annapolis Blackwall Hitch’s popular Sunday brunch. The Perps and their patented “high spirits/low volume” music combine with the Hitch’s superb cuisine to create the perfect atmosphere to wrap up your weekend. The music starts at 10am and runs until 2pm. As with all previous performances at the Hitch, this will be an all-instrumental appearance.

The Jazz Perpetrators wish all of their supporters a great 2022! The last couple of years have been tough on everyone, so here’s to a new year with all the possibilities of positive change!

To kick the year off right, The Perps, in their trio foot print, will be appearing at Smashing Grapes in Gambrills this Friday, January 14th, from 9 pm to 12 am. So grab a mask and make for Smashing Grapes this Friday to say “hey” to the guys and soak up some of their cool “high spirited, low volume” grooves.

The Jazz Perpetrators are going to be busy little boppers this holiday season, beginning with back-to-back performances this weekend. Chronologically, the dates are:

• Saturday, November 27 (12 noon – 4pm). The Jazz Perps Lite (trio without pesky drums) will provide live holiday music at the Homestead Gardens‘ main location (743 West Central Avenue Davidsonville, MD 21035).
• Sunday, November 28 (10am – 2pm) The Jazz Perps full combo delivers smooth jazz and R&B favorites at the Blackwall Hitch Annapolis location’s Sunday Brunch (400 Sixth Street, Eastport)
• Sunday, December 5 (12 noon – 4pm). The Jazz Perps Lite back again at the Homestead Gardens’ main location (743 West Central Avenue Davidsonville, MD 21035).
• Saturday, December 11 (9pm – 12 midnight). The Jazz Perps Lite provides jazz & cocktail music at Smashing Grapes Annapolis location (177 Jennifer Road, Annapolis, MD 21401).
• Saturday, December 18 (12 noon – 4pm). The Jazz Perps Lite will provide live holiday music at Homestead Gardens‘ main location (743 West Central Avenue Davidsonville, MD 21035).
• Friday, December 31 (9pm – 12 midnight). The Jazz Perps full combo helps ring in the new year with jazz and cocktail music at the Smashing Grapes Gambrills location (2383 Brandermill Blvd, Gambrills, MD 21054).

Summer may be over but the combination of The Jazz Perpetrators’ “high spirits, low volume” smooth tunes and the excellent Sunday brunch at the Blackwall Hitch in Annapolis is still the hottest ticket in Naptown and the best way to wind up your weekend on a relaxing note. This Sunday (Sep 26) The Perps will provide an all-instrumental performance from 10 am until 2pm to enhance patrons’ dining experience.
